Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- Is the therapist I am considering in-network?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Payment
Cash, check and MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
As the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, you must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If this does not occur, you will be charged a late-cancellation/no-show fee of $75.00 without exception. Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions. Due to the importance of consistency in therapy, three or more late cancellations and/or no-shows may result in the discontinuation of care.
Please note that unless other arrangements are made, the late cancellation fee should be paid at or before your next session. Session fees may be paid in person, by mail, over the phone via credit card, or online.
